We strengthen institutional and community capacities through tailored training programs, technical workshops, and Training of Trainers (ToT) models. CDMS works with local governments, humanitarian actors, and grassroots leaders to build the skills needed for inclusive governance and effective disaster response. Our capacity-building initiatives are iterative and participatory, ensuring that knowledge is not only transferred but transformed into action.
