🏛️ Policy Advocacy and Inclusive Governance
CDMS actively engages in national and local policy dialogues to mainstream GEDSI (Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion) across disaster risk reduction and climate resilience frameworks. We facilitate platforms for women and youth leadership in governance, ensuring their voices shape planning and implementation. Our advocacy efforts have contributed to the institutionalization of Local Disaster and Climate Resilient Plans (LDCRPs), and we continue to push for inclusive, accountable systems that reflect the lived experiences of marginalized groups.
