We champion leadership among women, youth, Dalits, and persons with disabilities in disaster risk reduction and climate adaptation. Through initiatives like WHDRRP (Women Humanitarian and Disaster Risk Reduction Platform) and the Climate Fellowship, CDMS mobilizes networks that amplify marginalized voices and influence planning processes. Our empowerment model is action-oriented, fostering agency, visibility, and sustained engagement in resilience-building efforts.
